However, surging order volumes and tighter deadlines exposed bottlenecks in our drying and post-processes (ribbons, packing). MEST's proven quality and support made them our first choice when developing their Visual UV Printer. We pre-ordered and purchased 2 units last year. It was transformative: UV curing eliminated drying delays, and integrated printing drastically reduced manual steps. This significantly boosted throughput to meet demand. Impressed by the impact, we purchased additional units this year.
